In which country is it possible to order?
You can place an order if you live in Metropolitan France (+ Corsica) for 60 euros including tax , Belgium and Luxembourg for 90.00 euros including tax .
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Usually, delivery is made within 3 days, but as activity has been very intense for several months, count on delivery between 14 and a maximum of 20 days after payment of your order.
How is the computer returned?
You have two options to recover the computer.
The easiest way is to pick it up in person at Ueberstrass.
However, you also have the possibility of having it delivered to you, in order to be able to sell throughout France.
It's normal that you worry about transporting your computer. After all the care taken during assembly, it would be a real shame if the package got lost or reached you badly damaged!
Why Chronopost?
It is the one that best meets our requirements. This carrier indeed offers:
– A tracking number that you can track the package remotely via this link: https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/suivi-colis
– A submission with your telephone number and your first and last name (and company name if necessary) to prove to the delivery person that you are the only person capable of collecting the package. You are supposed to be asked for an identity card.
– A signature upon receipt to ensure that you have received it in person by the delivery person.
– Insurance for the value of your package in the event of breakage or loss.
– Available the next day at the Post Office or Relais Parcel office closest to you in the event of absence at the delivery location.
So, in the event that the computer arrives damaged or does not arrive at its destination, we will have all the evidence to ask Chronopost for a refund.
