Guarantee Clause

The company TIBO, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", guarantees the buyer, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", against part failure for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the PC, subject to the following conditions:

1. Purpose of the Guarantee

The warranty covers failures of internal parts of the PC sold by TIBO. Parts included in this warranty include, but are not limited to, the motherboard, processor, RAM, hard drive, power supply, graphics, and any other internal components of the PC.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the PC by the Buyer.

3. Warranty Conditions

• The warranty only covers part failures due to manufacturing or material defects.
• The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, neglect, unauthorized modification, electrical surge, damage caused by environmental factors (such as thermal shock, humidity, dust, etc. .), or any other use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
• The Buyer is required to keep the original proof of purchase (invoice) to benefit from the guarantee.

4. Complaints Procedure

In the event of failure of a part covered by the warranty, the Buyer must take the following measures:

TIBO reserves the right to request additional information about the failure and, if necessary, to request that the PC be returned for inspection or repair. vs. If the failure is confirmed to be covered under warranty, TIBO will repair or replace the defective part, at its option, at no cost to the Buyer. d. All parts replaced or repaired under warranty will remain under warranty for the remaining period of 6 months from the date of original purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. In no event will Seller be liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of profits, consequential damages or any other damages not directly related to the failure of parts.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This warranty is governed by the laws in force in the country where the sale was concluded. Any dispute arising from this guarantee will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the same country.
